Queen of Hearts IOM was Born!

I started my matchmaking career quite unexpectedly.

I'd been dating as a single parent for 5 years at the time, when a hairdressing client phoned to cancel her appointment for COVID, she started to cry saying that there was no one to look after her and she’d been on her own for 8 years.

This pulled at my heart strings massively and I decided then and there that someone needed to be a matchmaker on the Isle of man and it was going to be me!

I booked a 3 month course online thinking I'd do it in the future. Then the universe stepped in and a couple of weeks later I slipped on a wet step and tore a ligament in my thumb which meant my hand was in a cast for 2 months.

Hairdressing went out of the window and Queen of hearts IOM was born!

I’m a hopeless romantic at heart and love helping people to find their special someone. I know how lonely it can be, especially as a single parent to a young child it can be very isolating.

So I created this safe space to empower single people to have a fun and enjoyable dating life, I promote healthy dating with good communication so everyone knows where they stand, we don’t want to waste anyone’s precious time... and absolutely no ghosting!

I want to help as many people as I can to find love, since I’ve been where you are now, and lets be honest.. we’re all dating again at some point in our lives,

I want to share my matchmaking skills to all singles out there looking for love, to help make the road a little less bumpy.
